This notice explains how Impeccable Fitness("we", "us", "our"), based in Grenada, W.I., collects and uses personal data when you visit impeccablefitnessgnd.com or use our coaching, challenges, meal plans, and related services (the "Services"). Impeccable Fitness is the data controller for personal data described below.
1. Personal data we collect
- Contact & account data: name, email address, phone number.
- Coaching intake data: training goals, health/fitness information you choose to share.
- Support messages: messages you send us by email, SMS, or DM.
- Usage & device data: pages visited, referring URL, device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, and similar telemetry.
- Order data: what you bought, when, and your subscription status. Card and billing details are collected and stored by our payment provider Paddle, not by us.

3. Who we share your data with
- Merchant of Record — Paddle.com Market Ltd handles the sale, payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks. See Paddle's privacy policy.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers that run the website, database, and email delivery on our behalf.
- Analytics providers used to understand site usage.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
Some of the recipients above may be located outside Grenada, including in the EU/UK and the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we and our processors rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Coaching intake and account data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order and tax records are kept as required by law (typically up to 7 years). When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase your data (subject to legal retention requirements);
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent for marketing at any time;
- complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Payment-related cookies are set by Paddle during checkout and are governed by Paddle's privacy policy.
9. Children
